MyLeadPage.Com - MyLeadPage has a similar offering as HTDIFrog. Their cost is $18.95/Month to use their service. They charge an additional $5.00 per page you wish to setup. They don't offer you very much information no physical address or phone #. The templates are all cookie cutter..
EbusinessAssistant.Com - Their capture pages look mysteriously familiar... maybe since the templates at eBusinessassistant, HTDIfrog and MyLeadPage are all the same. This service is $45.00 for 3 months.
LeadCaptureSystem.Com - For only $29.99/monthly you get to choose from 25 different lead capture pages and an autoresponder system... They are trying to "backend" their customers on buying their lead lists and other advertising services...
