A long time ago... In a
Small Town
Far, Far Away...
It was 1980 in a
small town in northern British Columbia. A young couple
fresh in love decided to attend the local spring dance...
The night was filled with Dancing, Laughter and a maybe a little too much
wine... (that's how Carl thinks it went down.)
Because....
9 Months later baby Carl burst onto the scene... Followed
by his sister Terra 2 years later. One of Carl's favorite
times was bath time and as you can see here he did not like
being disturbed.
Carl spent his
first few years up in the
the northern most region of the province in a little city
called Fort St. John BC, Eventually his parents packed up
and moved down to Victoria which is located on Vancouver
Island. His parents divorced when he was 5 and Carl and
his sister remained on the Island with his Mother. And
his Father moved back up to Northern BC.
The Great
Outdoors
Carl
gained an appreciation for the Great Outdoors at an early
age. His Grandparents (dads Side) owned an outfitting
ranch in Muncho Lake BC. Along the Alaska
Highway. He would spend every summer there for several
years. If he wasn't at work pestering his Grandpa to take
him flying through the Rockies in his Super Cub he was outside fishing
for Bull Trout and Grayling in one
of the many lakes or rivers that abound in the area.
The Wonderful
World Of Sport!
Eventually Carl
would end up at Parkland Secondary School in Sidney BC on Vancouver Island.
He was not what you would call a model student by any
means. One night his mother went and attended the usual
parent teacher interviews only to find out half of Carl's
teachers had never actually even seen him! He had never
even been in their classes... Uh-Oh. The teachers
assured his mother that they had heard of him. Carl loved
school. And as you can see he applies many of the skills
he learned there into the fast paced world of Internet
business.? NOT! The main things that
kept Carl in school were his love for the sport of Rugby and a
beautiful young lady name Brie Miller who Carl is still with
today. Being the rugged
individual that he was the game of Rugby came naturally to him.
An Introduction
To Business & Sales!
Well known in the
local Rugby circle Carl was approached with a job as a
traveling sales rep for a company dealing in Rugby apparel and
equipment. He graciously accepted and set to work
traveling across Canada and the USA going to all of the Rugby
tournaments and events selling Rugby gear along the way. After
being with the company for less then a year Carl was already
the top sales rep on the road and consistently delivered top
dollar sales days... One two day event he sold more than
$20,000 worth of Rugby gear and equipment. He had found
his first gift. Sales!
This job left Carl
with a lot of free time when he wasn't on the road... So he
started exploring his second gift... Computers! A closet
computer geek starting at the age of 10. Finally at age
20 he decided he would take a crack at this Internet thing...
And like everything else he does he hit the net hard and heavy.
Through trial and error and downright dogged determination he
learned the ins and the out's of web marketing.
Or So He
Thought!
Carl Turned 22 in
December of 2002. A few months after that he was blessed
with the good news that his Girlfriend Brie was
pregnant. This was a blessing. Now there is a mini
Carl running around the house. Carl's son
"Cole" was born Sept 21st. 2003. He
loves the fact that Daddy gets to be home all day. Cole
loves to pull things off Daddy's desk and is constantly trying
to assist his Dad any way that he can.
Look Out Trump.
Here Comes Carl!
(with slightly better hair.)
Carl now spends his time working
from his home office selling his own products and consulting
services to other network
marketers, real estate agents, lawyers, and salespeople of all sorts.. If he
is not working in his home office on the computer,or casting a line into a
secluded little body of water somewhere in the province.
Carl is a straight up Young Entrepreneur. Competitive by
nature, look for more big things from this New-Kid on
the block.
