Glaspie.  He maintains a list of opportunity seeking prospect that he claims to have around 400,000 opt-in members.  He will personally send your ad to his database.  It's a clean database, he deals with spam complaints if any as it's his list.  I have had clients do well here in the past but it's not cheap.  He does offer a guarantee though so it might be worth checking out.

Traffic Swarm is one of the largest traffic exchanges on the web.  You can use this with little or no budget as it does provide a free membership.  To take advantage of their service I would consider purchasing ad credits.  There are over 300,000 members using this service.

An information rich community designed for Moms who want to build businesses from home.  They have an active forum, lots of articles and information and most importantly a newsletter that you can place some solo ads in.  This is a great resource.  They have a sponsors package that they sell for $65.00/monthly and it gives you some great exposure.
