Q: Can I pick my own areas?
A: Of course. You can choose by zip codes, area codes, counties or states. See a Zip code map.
Q: How can I be sure no one else is dropping leads in the same areas?
A: Good question! We keep track of all drops and do NOT allow another drop in the same area for at least 60 days.
Q: What do the leads look like?
A: If you go to the Home page you can see samples of the leads and mailers in the left column.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: You can find the prices on our price list page.
Q: How long does it take to start receiving the leads back?
A: It usually takes 2-4 weeks to start seeing the leads in your mail box, however as soon as we get the leads into our office, we immediately email you a copy so you can get a jump start, then the actual leads are mailed to you that day.
Q: Why are direct mail leads better than "auto-dialer leads or voice dial"?
A: Our clients tell us they would rather receive a lead that is filled out by an interested party in their own handwriting, as opposed to a lead from someone answering an automated phone call. Seriously, would YOU respond to those calls? ...and what kind of prospect would? Many "auto-dialer" lead prospects are known to be disabled, unhealthy or both. (and lonely)...
Q: Why is Lead Concepts better than other direct mail companies?
A: We do everything "in house" from customer service to digital printing and mailing. PLUS If you have ordered direct mail pieces before from other companies, you may know the feeling when your prospect says "There's another person who called and said he received my postcard too."- Your lead orders are yours and yours alone. They are never re-sold.
Q: Can I omit P.O. Boxes from my lead drop?
A: Sure. You can also choose many other demographics to meet your goals such as gender, income, age etc.
Q: What is the average return rate?
A: Good question! The return rate varies from area to area, but our averages are between 1.5% and 3%. After the bulk of the leads come in, you can also expect another.25% to .5% to trickle in over time.
