Does insurance cover any of this? Please check with your health insurance provider. DNA testing is not covered by insurance, but this is an affordable test. However, if first diagnosed with a weight related condition by a physician, these services are considered a medical therapy when filing for taxes and you may also receive reimbursement if you have a Health Flex Spending Account or a Medical Savings Account. We do have a medical receipt for those that qualify for medical deductions on your taxes. Ask me for more details.
