Create Multiple Autoresponders
Depending on the membership level you choose you can have the freedom to create multiple autoresponder campaigns for each one of your services, products or opportunities. Each with a unique name, unique “from address” and intuitive backoffice.
Create Single or Double Opt-In Lists
You have the choice of creating a single opt-in or double opt-in list. With the single option when someone submits your subscribe form they will automatically receive your email to the address they specified. With “Double” Opt-in they will be required to click on a link within a confirmation email to subscribe to your list. You can build much cleaner lists with the double opt-in method and experience higher deliverability. But it’s your choice to use either one.
Create Text or HTML Emails
You can send basic text emails or much fancier HTML emails as well. These are easy to create through a simple editing interface. Similar to the email programs you already use.

You can totally personalize the email you send to your prospects with their own information such as first name, last name, IP address, company, website, and many, many more!
Add Your Subscribe Form To Any Website or Blog
You can easily create subscription forms with your own custom questions and then add them to any website or blog that you have editorial access to. Just copy and paste the form code into your website and you’ve got an instant list building and management system.
Copy Autoresponders & Questions
You can easily share your autoresponder question sets and message series with other system users by using a simple password to protect the content from members you don’t to have access. This is a great feature for teams or large groups looking to make replication as easy as possible.

The backoffice makes it simple to manage all of your subscribers and their current status within your list.
Unsubscribe & Bounce Handling
Subscribers can easily unsubscribe themselves from your list at the click of a button. You are notified of all your unsubscribes in your backoffice. Bounces are handled efficiently too, if an email address is undeliverable 2 times, it will be removed from the system. This keeps your list nice and clean and helps keep system resources low, this keeps prices low!
Broadcast Email Your Subscribers
It’s easy to login and send out a one-time email or broadcast email to all of your prospects. You can send to a specific list, or all of your lists at once if you’d like too.
Send Time Scheduled Mailings
You can setup schedule mailings to go out on a specific Date. This is a valuable feature if you have event notices, invitations or other time sensitive items you’d like to have sent out to your lists.
Built In Email Split-Tester
You can send split-mailings to your subscriber base. You can specify how many subscribers to send each version of your message too. This makes testing your email response rates a breeze and provides you with some valuable data. You could try two different subject lines for example and with our Open Rate Tracking feature you can clearly see which email was the winner. You’ll make more contacts and sales if know which of your ad copy is working best.
Demographic Based Sending
You can choose to send mail to your prospects based on the questions they’ve answered on your subscriber form. This is a really powerful function if you have very targeted offers that only certain portions of your list will be interested in. For example a Realtor might want to ask their prospects the question if they are a Buyer/or a Seller. They could then send Buyer related emails to the buyers and Seller related emails to the seller. It’s a very cool feature, often reserved for the more expensive autoresponder systems.
Email Open Rate Tracking (HTML Email Only)
This feature allows you to see how many times a specific email message was opened and by whom. This is another feature often reserved for much more expensive systems. This will only work with HTML emails though.
Tracking Link Manager
Easily create tracking redirect urls so you can track the clicks your URL’s within your emails are receiving.
